Ty Harps, a California native, obtained her Master of Business from National University, La Jolla, CA. In May of 2010, Ty formed Tyla Enterprises Inc., a California Corporation
that was founded on principles that create comprehensive solutions to enhance businesses with strategic work plans to ensure their profitability. After perseverance, and determination, today, Ty Harps has built a successful multi-million dollar business operation to include:
Transportation/Logistics, Financial Services, Estate Planning, Real Estate Investments, Adult Residential Facilities for persons with Developmental Mental Health Disabilities, Business Compliance Consulting, and Event Planning services.
Ty Harps has always had a love for her community, and knew that connecting with women from across the globe would bring communities together to support various non-profit causes, like never seen before.
In efforts to carry out her vision, she founded “The Inland Empire Phenomenal Women’s Group in August of 2016. This amazing organization was formed to focus on personal development, mentorship, career placement, entrepreneurship, and a wide array of support service for women throughout the Inland Empire and greater Los Angeles Area!
Ty Harps is a true community activist, and has a natural passion in giving back to her community, “ One Community, One Person, at a Time”. Her vision continues to inspire those around her and the many women serving in the IEPW organization.


Niki VonHundley-Elliott is a community leader who has worked in the County of San Bernardino for the last 23 years. During the day, she leads a team that provides support and resources to the families within the local community. Niki is married with four talented children. Her collegiate journey includes a B.S. in Behavioral Science and a Masters in Leadership & Development.
Niki began her entrepreneurial journey when she became a licensed insurance agent and estate planner in 2020. Since then, she launched her own podcast “Niki’s Champagne Room” where she promotes small businesses and facilitates hot relevant life-topics. Niki has also collaborated with like-minded women with the vision of opening several adult residential facilities throughout San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties, and a staffing agency.


Mitzi is a seasoned event planner and travel agent, specializing in corporate and family group events. She is the owner and operator of Moore Planning, Less Time, in which she uses her creativity and inviting social nature to create the perfect events. Her friends and colleagues have deemed her "The Queen of Event Planning". She is very detail oriented and organized. Just tell her what you want to do and she will do the rest! Mitzi truly has a heart for seeing people happy and having fun.
She is well known in her community for bringing individuals from diverse groups together to celebrate a common cause. She remains a strong advocate for creating a safe and positive space to allow others to engage and learn from one another on a personal and professional level. She firmly believes that communicating, networking, and making healthy connections leads to reaching your highest potential. And, sometimes, all it takes is an event to make it happen!
Mitzi holds an M.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Redlands and a Master of Education in Teaching. She is currently serving the IE community as a long term IEPW Executive Board Member while running her business to give her community the life- tools to become empowered and successful. Mitzi also holds a Management position at Sempra Energy and is currently working towards her professional certification in Organizational Leadership.


Chandra D. Heyman is a Southern California native who was born in Los Angeles, and raised in Pomona. Chandra currently serves as a Healthcare Executive and has worked in the field for over 20 years. She thrives from performing philanthropic work and has a true passion for community service and giving back. After the passing of her mother in March of 2018, Chandra founded the non-profit organization, Talking Angels. The organization donates keepsake blankets to those with chronic illnesses, primarily cancer.
Chandra is a sister, mother and grandmother. In her spare time, she enjoys doing charity work, gardening, good food and being in the company of true friends.


Cita Longsworth is an Executive within the public health care system. She currently serves the Inland Empire Health Plan as a Director leading their centralized procurement operations. Cita has been a professional for over twenty years managing high performing teams within the private sector of Aerospace defense and public sector of local government. Her passion to build teamwork and ensure individuals reach their fullest potential is part of her leader mission. Cita currently serves as a IEPW Board Member as the Fundraising Chair.
Cita holds an MBA from the University of La Verne, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Science from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, with concentration in Technology and Operations Management. Cita currently resides in Chino, California with her family. During her spare time, she enjoys volunteering her time to support non profit organizations, hosting family events and advocating for children with special needs.


Stephanie has dedicated over twenty-five years in various sectors of Social Services and currently serves as a Mental Health Specialist for the Department of Behavioral Health. She has a passion and strong commitment to disadvantaged youth and adults. Her profession continues to center around disadvantaged populations within the Inland Empire. Her specialty is working with the homeless, emancipated, special needs, and co-occurring communities. Navigating the complexities of the social service system has led Stephanie to accomplish major success in overcoming challenges with limiting public resources and developing comprehensive programs that offer a sustainable, cost effective, and quality of life.
Much of her success comes from her ability to build community support and engaging leaders into strategic alliances that transform our underserved populations.
Stephanie is known among her professional and personal peers for having a strong work ethic and carrying the highest level of integrity when working with others. She has a natural gift to bring diversified solutions to the table and truly serve those in need.
The IE community she serves echoes the appreciation for Stephanie’s passion for giving a voice to the unseen and unheard.
Stephanie currently awaits her new position as a Social Worker II for Child and Family Services. Stephanie has been fortunate to foster many children and provide them with a safe environment, positive social connection, and community support.
Among her colleagues and friends, Stephanie exudes a positive energy and welcomes the opportunity to meet new people. She is a leader who can walk in a room and leave with many friends. She is a fierce networker and truly enjoys getting to know people. When she has the opportunity, Stephanie enjoys traveling and learning about the world around her.


Antoinette Andrews is a successful business owner of The DollHouse Waxing Lounge located in Fontana and Riverside, California. She is also a proud mother of three children - one son and two daughters and a proud grandmother to three lovely granddaughters. Anntoinette comes from a long line of Hispanic farmers, but she broke the mold by becoming the first business owner in her family.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2017, and she has been thriving ever since. Her dedication, hard work, and business acumen have helped her achieve tremendous success in her field. Antoinette is devoted to serving her community and addressing social and economic gaps for the less fortunate. Outside of her professional and philanthropic work, Antoinette is a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoys spending time with her family.

Theresa Cartwright is a Special Education teacher dedicated to the profession for 23 years, and currently works for the Rialto Unified School District (RUSD). Her collegiate journey includes a B.S. in Communications with a Public Relations option, a Education Specialist Credential, and a Masters Degree in Social Impact. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Organizational Leadership at NorthCentral University.
She has recently become a Soror in the illustrious Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Pomona Valley Alumni chapter (PVAC). She is an advocate and proponent for community activism, and plans to continue expanding her work on a local, national and international level to change lives and communities one at a time.
Her extracurricular activities include being a spoken word artist for over 30 years. Known as "Queen T", Theresa has been on the poetry circuit off and on since 1992, incorporating an inspirational, uplifting message with an old-school flare and a theatrical twist. She was a regular Storyteller on Radio Theater for your soul in Inglewood, CA on acceleratedradio.net, as well as hosting several Open Mic, and poetry slam venues throughout LA and Inland Empire counties.
